The reason that people are not getting results is that people are not working on the cause of being overweight. The popular programs are all about treating the symptom – the weight instead of working on the cause.

Let me ask you this question: How long do you need to work on the symptom before the real problem will go away?

Fat BatteryThe problem with stubborn weight lies in the overlooked fact that our body has hormones that cause the body to store fat. While the majority of weight loss programs focus on metabolism and counting calories and grams of fat, no one takes into account what really causes the fat to be stored, no one that is until now.

We DO focus on how the fat storing hormones work. You would be surprised at how many things you are doing or have done that are so called “diet friendly” that actually stimulate the body’s fat storing hormones. Yes, these “diet friendly” things may be low calorie or even no calorie, technically it may have no sugar in it, yes it may be low fat, but if it is triggering the wrong response in the body you will find that nothing you do – not exercising harder and longer, not taking appetite suppressants, not taking metabolism booster drinks, not even starvation dieting will cause the weight to come off and STAY off.
